Despite 2 years of war, 7 buildings were put into operation

2 years have passed since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.

Terrible and difficult times for our country forced everyone to change their usual life. At first, there was shock, and then the understanding that the future depends on each of us.

Chronology of IB Alliance activities during this time:

- In June 2022, the company resumed construction processes at the facilities.

- About led the optimization of all logistics and production processes.

- In November 2022, the first house in the Dibrova Park residential complex was put into operation.

- During 2023, 3 houses in the Great residential complex and 3 houses in the Dibrova Park residential complex were put into operation.

- More than 2,500 keys were handed over to the owners.

- The company became a member of the Ukrainian Association of Developers.

During the 2 years of the war, 7 buildings and 177 thousand m² of apartments were commissioned.

Today, IB Alliance continues not only to complete its obligations to existing investors but also and build new houses and attract new investors.
