IB Alliance on the Restoration of Dibrova Park Residential Complex After the Strike – Featured in NV.UA Article

On January 2, 2024, the buildings of our Dibrova Park residential complex were damaged due to a massive missile attack on the city. The windows of apartments and commercial spaces, entrances, and facades were affected.

Some homeowners managed to receive financial compensation through the eVidnovlennia program, while others replaced their windows on their own.

The developer took on the restoration of other damages: installing new windows in 64 apartments and even replacing entrance doors in some homes. Commercial spaces on the ground floors, facade fragments, as well as the damaged entrance and lobby of the building were also restored.

The total cost of repairs amounted to UAH 10 million.

Despite challenging conditions, IB Alliance has commissioned 11 buildings over three years of war—totaling 260,000 square meters of residential space!

"This is a difficult time for developers, but despite everything, we are fulfilling all our commitments to clients and partners and see prospects for further growth," says IB Alliance Commercial Director Andrii Kobets.
